Apto-Gen provides products exclusively for research purposes and in vitro use only. Products are not suitable for administration to humans or animals. Certain applications of Apto-Gen products are covered by patents issued to parties other than Apto-Gen and applicable in certain countries. Because purchase of these products does not include a license to perform any of these patented applications, users of these products may be required to obtain a license depending upon the application and country in which the products are used.
- Delivery

Depending upon the nature of the product, reagents are packaged with either blue-ice bricks or on dry ice. Shipping schedules are dependent on destination.
From 1st January 2024, shipping fees for 'Packaging & Handling' and 'Freight' shall be itemized separately on invoices and receipts. Shipping fees are dependent on destination. For more information, please contact your account manager or info@apto-gen.com.

- Terms are Net 30 Days. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Merchandise Return Policy
- We cannot accept material/product for credit without prior written consent. Returns will only be accepted by Apto-Gen in instances of errors attributable to the Company or where the goods are not satisfactory for their intended use, when used as directed. Apto-Gen will not accept products which have become outdated, were ordered in error, or can no longer be used due to changes in procedures.
- Taxes and Other Charges
- Any sales tax, excise tax, duty, inspection or any other tax, fee or charge imposed by any governmental authority shall be paid in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced. If Apto-Gen is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, you shall reimburse us or provide us with an exemption certificate at the time the order is submitted.
- Limited Product Warranty
- Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specification sheet will be replaced at no charge. This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of the product. No other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided by Apto-Gen. Apto-Gen shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use any product.
